NovaPro respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information NovaPro may collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how it is stored and how you can contact us about your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you contact NovaPro, request a quote, purchase a service or communicate with us, we may collect basic information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business name
  • Information you provide about your website requirements
  • Payment and transaction information necessary to process a payment

NovaPro does not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific service.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information when you:

  • submit a contact or enquiry form;
  • contact us by email;
  • purchase a NovaPro service;
  • communicate with our team;
  • participate in a Google Meet or other business meeting; or
  • otherwise provide information directly to NovaPro.

3. Why We Collect Information

NovaPro may use collected information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • communicate with customers;
  • provide website services;
  • create and maintain customer websites;
  • manage domains and hosting;
  • process payments;
  • provide maintenance and support;
  • maintain necessary business records; and
  • comply with legal obligations where required.

NovaPro does not sell customers' personal information.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe.

NovaPro does not intentionally store customers' complete payment card details on its own systems.

Payment information may be collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy and security practices.

5. Google Workspace

NovaPro uses Google Workspace for business email, document management and internal business operations.

Customer information may therefore be stored or processed through Google Workspace services.

NovaPro limits access to customer information to people who require access for legitimate business purposes.

6. Google Meet

NovaPro may use Google Meet to communicate with customers and conduct consultations or other business meetings.

Information shared during meetings may be handled through Google Workspace and Google's relevant services and policies.

7. Cookies and Analytics

NovaPro currently does not intentionally use cookies for analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking on its website.

NovaPro also does not currently use Google Analytics.

Certain third-party services used to operate a website or provide functionality may technically use cookies or similar technologies. Where this occurs, those technologies may be controlled by the relevant third-party provider.

8. Marketing

NovaPro does not currently use customer information to send unsolicited marketing emails.

We may send communications necessary to respond to enquiries or provide services that have been requested or purchased.

9. Storage and Security

Customer information may be stored using business systems including Google Workspace and other service providers required to operate NovaPro.

NovaPro takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

However, no online storage or electronic transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. How Long We Keep Information

NovaPro generally retains customer information for up to one year after the relevant customer relationship or service has ended, after which information may be deleted from NovaPro's systems where it is no longer required.

Information may be retained for longer where required by law or where necessary for legitimate business records, accounting, dispute resolution or other legal purposes.

11. Overseas Processing

Some third-party technology providers used by NovaPro may store or process information outside Australia.

These providers may include Google, Stripe, domain registrars, hosting providers and other technology providers used to operate NovaPro.

Where information is processed by a third-party provider, that provider's own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

12. Access and Correction

You may contact NovaPro to request access to personal information we hold about you or to request correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date.

NovaPro may need to verify your identity before providing access to or changing personal information.

13. Privacy Complaints

If you believe NovaPro has mishandled your personal information, you can contact: sales@novapro.com.au

Please provide enough information for NovaPro to understand and investigate your complaint.

NovaPro will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

Where applicable, individuals may also have rights to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

14. Children's Privacy

NovaPro's services are primarily intended for businesses, organisations and individuals capable of entering into agreements for services.

NovaPro does not intentionally collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

NovaPro may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its services, technology, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the NovaPro website.
